Mr. Nikhil Pore
A Chartered Accountant by profession, Mr. Pore has meticulously developed his expertise in arenas of finance and held various post which include Process Specialist, Senior Functional Consultant and Finance Controller in well known companies such as Infosys Ltd., Tata Technologies Ltd., IBM India Pvt. Ltd. and Century Exports HK Limited.
His youthful spirit and finance background drives the firm’s growth. His role at CKP is to steer the company to new heights by providing faster and more effective and efficient financial service models.
Mr. Chanakya Dhanda
Mr. Dhanda is a Management Graduate and a renowned entrepreneur in Mumbai with more than 10 years of collective experience in Telecommunication, Hospitality, Media, Textiles, Electronics, Renewable Energy & Financial industries. As a part of his entrepreneurial skills in telecommunications, he incorporated a software development & value added service company viz. Easy Mobile India Private Limited.
Mr. Dhanda has vast knowledge in Market Analysis, Insight & Forecasting, International Trend Forecasting, Macroeconomic Analysis, Public Policy Analysis, Pricing & Economic Model Development, Trading Strategy Integration, Team Leadership & Mentoring, New Employee Training, Global Market Reports & Commentary, Quantitative Data Summarization, Opportunity Identification, New Product Development.
He is managing a team of professionals, carving out a niche in the area of operations and has left indelible footprints as a dependable sourcing hub for a host of services domestically. He is responsible for charting new growth opportunities for the Group as a whole, and is involved in the business's operations in India, London, Hong Kong and Singapore.

Parekh
He is a Post Graduate with commerce background having more than 20 years experience in Equity Capital market and International Derivatives Markets. Mr Parekh has earlier worked with Abans Group and in his earlier tenure was with Ladderup Group as Vice President Equity Capital market & Intensive Fiscal Services Pvt Ltd. Mr Parekh has executed various assignments which speaks of a wide experience in proprietary portfolio management, Takeovers, Initial Public Offering, Qualified Institutional Placement, Takeovers, M&A, Business Valuation Advisory Assignments, International liason with foreign banks and regulators and SEBI & Stock Exchange Compliances. At CKP, Mr Parekh leads the Investment Banking division and deals with various fund raising transactions.

She is a Law Graduate, an Associate member of ‘The Institute of Company Secretaries of India' and a Commerce Graduate from Mumbai. Being associated with both, Company Secretaries as well as Merchant Bankers over recent years, she has a strong background in Advisory, Drafting, Due Diligence as well as end to end execution of Public Issues (IPOs). At CKP, she is involved in the Investment Banking Division of the Group.
Roopsi
Sharma
She is a Commerce graduate and an Associate member of 'Institute of Company Secretaries of India' (ICSI). Ms. Sharma is has over 2 years of experience as a Company Secretary and Secretarial Consultant. She has been associated with SVP Global Ventures Limited (a BSE listed Company) as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer and with Trilegal (Top Law Firm) as Secretarial Consultant. At CKP, she is the Company Secretary of the Financial Services Division.
